Booming organic food market in UK

A good news blurb for the faithful. From the Guardian. "Sales of organic food are now worth more than pounds 1.12bn to UK retailers and the market is growing at twice the rate of the general grocery food sales increased by more than 10% last year although the amount of food sold through supermarkets fell by 1%. This shows that customers increasingly prefer to buy their produce from a more direct source. Sales in this sector have risen by 16% to pounds 108m".

What to do?Let the Organic Food "skeptics" get together in the same room with all the Climate Change skeptics (according to these stats, soon almost any hotel will do). Serve them all some fast food and, like magic, they will lsee how much they have in common. Leaves more of the good stuff for the rest of us.
