East Coast Cities' Hurricane Prep Also Good Climate Change Adaptation

With Hurricane Irene set to blaze a path of destruction up the East Coast (and this author right in the path in lower Manhattan), NRDC has a good overview of how cities right in the path have been preparing (or not) for this sort of massive storm--and not incidentally many of these preparation also are good for climate change adaptation.
