EU Wants to Create Nuclear 'Stress Test'

The BBC reports that EU ministers have agreed to develop a 'stress test' for EU nuclear power plants to reduce the risk that a nuclear accident like the one that is still taking place in Japan could happen in Europe.

The assessment will consider a range of factors, including seismic activity, flooding, and power loss at reactors.
