Parisian artist Oliver Kosta-Théfaine has figured out the perfect medium for creating some unique and incredible art. He puts aside any tempting but toxic paints and finishes, and unsustainable equipment and uses a humble BIC lighter instead.
Gizmodo calls him a Modern Day Michelangelo, and it seems a fitting title. The only problem, of course, is that BIC lighters are disposable. That's a lot of plastic and fuel to be burning through in order to burn images into a ceiling. But if he were to switch to a refillable lighter at least, then what a fascinating and as-green-as-most-other-painting-materials medium.
