Subway Systems of The World

The artists at Fake is the New Real have mapped many of the world's subway systems at the same scale, one kilometer=seven pixels, devoid of any other information, and they tell an important story. One could look at these and without any other information probably determine which cities are the most liveable, pedestrian oriented and well planned. Moscow looks so organized and centralized, Osaka is calligraphic, Beijing shockingly underserviced, even less than Toronto. See them all at ::Fake is the New Real
