Budapest's Cyclist Counter Hit 100,000 Last Night!

Stand Up (On Your Bike) And Be Counted
I've already written about Copenhagen's cyclist counter a while ago. I still think it's a great idea, not only to count cyclists, but as a subtle tool to show the strength of the local bike community and to add a "game" element ("Can we beat last year's record?"). Budapest, in Hungary, also has a cyclist counter and it just reached the 100,000 milestone yesterday. Congrats to all the cyclists of Budapest! I've never been, but I've heard good things about he bike culture there. If you live there, please let us know about your experience in the comments. Via Copenhagenize.
