DavisĀ has been a freelance writer and photographer since 2008. She's new to the Treehugger community but regularly contributes to regional and national outlets on a range of topics. She considers the Southern United States her geographical area of expertise.
She received her B.A. in English from the University of San Diego in California. She's also completed a multimedia certification at Duke's Center for Documentary Studies.
