The Knossus Project: Sustainable Systems for a Better World

The Knossus Project has their hands in all sorts of interesting things. Under the umbrella of "promoting integrated sustainable systems," they're engaging the world by building green roofs and producing green books and green movies (just to name a few) to educate and guide us toward a greener, more sustainable world. They have a particularly Treehugger-friendly mission: to integrate technology, nature and humanity into everyday existence. And listen to this: "The task of tasks of the creative human is to craft meaningful places whereby he helps dwelling take place. To dwell in a house means to inhabit a world. To know the world is to construct the world." Cosmic. The website is a bit clunky but still worth a look. ::Knossus Project
