Piet Hein Eek Hides Garden House In Pile Of Logs

via Mocoloco
Mocoloco shows us a musician's studio in Hilversum, designed by Piet Hein Eek, known to TreeHuggers for his scrap wood furniture.

Closed up, it looks like a few cords of firewood.

Piet Hein Eek writes:

"It sometimes happens that you are asked to produce something you have wanted to do for some time. A customer called and asked if we could build a log shack in is field, one that would be large enough to sit in and write inside.....The windows and shutters are what really make the difference. The sliding windows are fitted into specially designed frames, although "specially designed" is somewhat of an exaggeration for the simple plastic and steel profiles."
