Last night, Lifetime premiered Picker Sisters, a show that proves that one man's trash is another's treasure. The show follows Extreme Makeover: Home Edition's Tracy Hutson and Tanya McQueen as the two friends drive across the country in search of unique "junk" that they can turn into beautiful decorative pieces. The designers find industrial-looking trash and repurpose it for use in the home. Road signs turn into headboards. Troughs turn into light fixtures. And, all of it is done for their pop-up store. Fun aside, recycling used objects for decorating is a great way to spruce up your home while keeping the environment in mind!

Catch Picker Sisters Tuesday nights at 10 on Lifetime!
