DIY Idea: Wine Glass Chandelier
3 lengths of small-gauge cable + 2 plexiglass circles (or substitute real glass, if you can cut it) +1 compact fluorescent or other high-efficiency lightbulb +lots of wine glasses =a new combo chandelier/wine glass rack
The original, pictured above, is designed by a Swiss architecture student; as swissmiss notes, "Very practical for tiny NYC apartments.
