We previewed Olsenhaus' 100% vegan shoe collection at the Human Society's Cool vs. Cruel Awards--and met uber cool Designer Elizabeth Olsen--and now, we're bringing you their designs for holiday 2009. Click through for photos, including their mens collection modeled by Joshua Katcher--otherwise known as The Discerning Brute: Olsenhaus shoes are made with sustainable plant-based, man-made, and non-animal materials including ultra suede, organic cotton, canvas, nylon, velvet, and cork. They never use leather, fur, wool, or silk in any shoes, and while the soles are made with rubber and rubber-based glues--Terra Plana's Pop shoe is glue free--these vegan kicks are a step in the right direction--away from leather.
