Osborn Shoes Partners with Artists on Limited-Edition Handmade Footwear
I can't stop looking at Osborn shoes. They are just so bright, beautiful and oh so wearable. The footwear label has a personal approach to fashion: Each shoe is hand made by artisans in Guatemala, they are individually signed by its maker, and they do not follow seasonal trends. Instead, they create capsule collections. Their most recent, Magnifeco reports, is a collaboration with artist Justine Ashbee on a limited edition oxford shoe.
Plus, if you plan to take advantage of the free designer bike share during New York Fashion Week these kicks are sure to suit your style.

Seattle-based artist Justine Ashbee works with multiple mediums, including paper, sculpture, weaving and fashion. These handmade Oxford shoes boast a black and white silkscreen design on the cotton upper. The rest of the shoe is comprised of a 1 inch stacked leather heel, a recycled tire cap heel, and leather sole, lining, and laces.

Founder Aaron Osborn shows us how you can climb, jump, and run in these shoes, too. Check out the video, below, for a sneak peek at the numerous color options, patterns, and styles.

If you're looking for more color to adorn you precious hoofs, you needn't look further than the Tropical Wisps Oxford or their gorgeous Electric Avenue loafers in a black and blue linen cotton blend. Or take the class up a notch with their Cinderbella Smokin' Loafer.
