Hard-Wearing Undies: Lingerie From Recycled Cans

Photo via Make

There is lingerie, and there is whoa...lingerie.

Ingrid Goldbloom Bloch is creating undergarments that fall into that "whoa..." category. Her latest is bustiers, garters and panties made from recycled soda cans and hardware. While definitely beautiful, and definitely possessing an eco-friendly touch I'm not quite sure how it'd feel to wear these for a night out on the town. Aluminum is not exactly ideal for, um, breathability.

Bloch makes a whole slew of amazing pieces from recycled materials like soda cans. See more on her Flickr stream.
