Solar Cooking Extreme - Eggs in Ten Seconds

From our pick of favorite solar cookers for the home to our coverage of industrial-scale solar cooking, TreeHugger is certainly no stranger to using the sun to prepare your meals. But I for one have never seen anyone cook with solar as fast as Denise Rojas, host of Green Power Science (yes, it’s the folks who brought us the solar space heater made from recycled campaign signs). Using a fresnel lense, Denise cooks scrambled eggs in about ten seconds – though she does have to wear some mad scientist goggles to do so! Click below the fold for more fun DIY solar projects.
