In Europe, where architects have to respect long-established views and circulation routes, Architects are using green roofs to make buildings become part of the landscape; the dividing line between architecture and landscape architecture disappears.

Julien de Smedt Architects have designed this project so that citizens can essentially walk over the building to the beach.
