The first zero-carbon wedding invitation line, Vert by Yoko Chapman uses 100 percent Forestry Stewardship Council-certified post-consumer recycled paper from a wind-generated mill, along with vegetable-based dyes, to create its waste-reducing flat-panel cards. A sheer wraparound band replaces invitation jackets, overlays, and mats, while embellished envelope flaps eliminate the need for additional paper liners.
