Laurent Geslin was surprised to learn his mission to photograph European wildlife would take him to the urban heart of London and Barcelona to shoot foxes and falcons.
He was even more surprised when, in spite of the fact that he got his start snapping foxes and badgers, and publicized his search for urban foxes on BBC and in The Guardian, no fox could be found in England's capital. On the verge of losing hope, Laurent returned to an old haunt. It was the beginning of a beautiful friendship between man and beast.
