What might be the most amazing part is that anyone can get shots like these without leaving their yard.

"All of these images of small birds in flight are taken in my backyard. There is a lot of equipment in the flashes, stands, tripod, camera, lens, trigger, etc. to be able to move around easily so I do this in my backyard. My backyard is located in Hibbing, in the center of the Iron Range of northern Minnesota."
