Practice your handstands or handstand walk

What to do:

Skill development is something that many CrossFitters don't do enough of. There is no time constraint for this exercise. Find a soccer field, take 10 or 15 minutes, and see how long you can hold a handstand. Kick up against a wall if you need the extra support. As you get better, see how far you can walk on your hands.

You'll be surprised how much more spatial awareness you gain by learning to become comfortable with being inverted.
