Hobbit Houses, Geothermal Heating, and More at Økosamfundet Dyssekilde, One of Denmark's Oldest Eco Villages

Dyssekilde's roots trace back to the early 1990's, when a few pioneers decided to create "a vegetarian, spiritual, and humane village" and wrote to different municipalities around Denmark.
The municipality of Hundested was intrigued, and responded with a list of six possible locations. So the group hired a bus and went on a road trip.
