Jacuzzi Family Vineyards--which opened in July of 2007--sits upon 190 acres in Sonoma, California, across the highway from its sister-vineyard Cline Cellars. Both wineries produce green wine in the heart of the Caneros region which is best known for its Chardonnay and Pinot Noirs.
Both have been practicing sustainable farming since 2000 when owner Fred Cline began the Green String Institute, an organization that teaches farmers sustainable agriculture. Not only are both vineyards solar-powered and pesticide-free, but the grounds are weeded using goats and sheep.
