Tutor Bryan Mayer sharpens his knives. Mayer, now a butcher at the Green Grape in Brooklyn, apprenticed for a few years to become a butcher. According to Mayer, "to be a butcher these days you need only three things - an old man hat, tons of tattoos and you have to have been in a band."
