It all becomes clear when you look at the parking data; you cannot call a building green when there are 10,500 parking spaces.
Parking hasn't been banished, just very expensively and elaborately greenwrapped and greenwashed. The parking ratios tell the true story: It's just another gas-guzzling suburban office park.
It started a real debate in comments, 72 of them going hammer and tong.
