For the past few years I have been writing about how green roofs are changing architecture; how they are changing the way we think about buildings. Now Erick van Egeraat has completed his expansion of the Drents Museum in Assen, the Netherlands, and it is, I think, one of the best examples yet of how green roofs make possible designs that create wonderful experiences both inside and out.
