When one thinks of a building that's part of a National Centre for Biosecurity and Infectious Disease, one thinks of Dustin Hoffman running around in a plastic suit in a highly secure bunker, like in Outbreak. Not in New Zealand, where Stephenson & Turner have designed a lovely campus centrepiece that doesn't make you run away in panic. It is actually inviting.
