"This wind farm is located on Route 153, approximately 17 miles south of Sweetwater, Texas, near Nolan. I only happened to take this photo because I had a flat tire and was stranded on the side of the road for a couple of hours... luckily right at sunset," writes Denver, Colorado-based photographer Les Rhoades.
"From what I could gather, these turbines are part of the Horse Hollow Wind Energy Center. The farm consists of 421 turbines and is quite a sight to see."
