China's anthem may be titled March of the Volunteers, but it has nothing to do with helping out at a soup kitchen or teaching kids to read. In fact, it's more of a rallying cry for its citizens to fight to the death, evident in such charming lines as "Let our flesh and blood become our new Great Wall." Somehow I don't think that would have the same tourist appeal as the original.
