In a surprising moment of corporate responsibility and honesty, British fracking firm Caudrilla Resources admitted that its operations were the likely cause of two small earthquakes near Blackpool, England.

This sort of thing isn't a rarity, it turns out: A report from the US Geological Survey found that 50 earthquakes in Oklahoma last January were caused by a nearby fracking operation.
