Honda pulled the luminescent sheet off a new electric sports car concept at the Tokyo Motor Show.
The EV-STER is a two-seater with proportions reminiscent of a Tesla Roadster. But good looks are pretty much where the thrills end for this car.
Despite a lightweight body and all-electric powertrain, the EV-STER does 0-37 miles per hour in five seconds (very un-Tesla). With goals to reduce its carbon emissions 30 percent by 2020, Honda is going to have to make EVs hot, and this concept only looks hot.
