The solar-powered Ankelite staps around an ankle or upper arm and can be charged in direct sunlight or using artificial lighting. Pedalite says you'll get six hours of 'super-bright' lighting from a full charge of 6 to 7 hours sunlight. It weighs just 85 grams. The company also has 'no-battery' pedal lights and the Baglite - an array of flashing, solar powered LEDs to wear. Ankelite is also great for making you extra visible, though not dependable to give you light to bike by.
