A week ago, 38 year old Jenna Morrison was killed by a truck turning right in front of her. It has been a tradition in Toronto for Advocacy for Respect for Cyclists to organize a memorial bike ride from a park near the University of Toronto to the spot where the killing took place, (I don't call them accidents any more) one week after the event. I participated in one in 2006; about twenty cyclists showed up, most of us friends of the victim.
