Portland-based company Nutcase Helmets is now in the third generation of its 'brain bucket' style of classic commuter and urban helmets. Gen3, as they call it, has more vents for improved ventilation, the Fidlock no-pinch magnetic buckle, a spin dial for a snug fit, and tons of great graphic designs. They also just introduced an artists' series of three helmets called Unframed from artists Ray Moore, Sandra Ramirez, and Todd Standish.
The artists' series helmets are limited editions available in spring of 2015. From left above is Standish's Cloud Nine helmet, Moore's Boogie, and Ramirez' Locombia. Estimated retail: $70.
