Would David Suzuki Dig Your Garden?

Hey Canadian green fingers, environmental activist (and TreeHugger eco-hero) David Suzuki wants to find Canada's best pesticide-free lawns and gardens, plus your story, in 100 words or less, about how you made everything flourish sans chemicals.
Photos and stories will be posted on his Web site; judges will pick the finalists and site visitors will then vote for a winner. If you win, you get a prize package that includes a "David Suzuki Digs My Garden" T-shirt and a $30 gift certificate for heritage seeds from Saltspring Seeds.
You have until Sept. 14 to mail your photos or upload them to the David Suzuki Foundation Flickr photo group.The categories are:
• Luscious Lawns—Best lawns or lawn alternatives (i.e. xeriscaping)• Voluminous Vegetables—Best food-producing gardens• Outstanding Ornamentals—Best flower garden• Balcony Bliss—Best limited-space garden
