Green Nano: What you don't know...

Globally, companies sold more than $32 billion in nanotechnology-enabled products last year. Not all of them were Khaki Pants. TH has interviewed leaders in the field, and brought you green examples in action. Now, you can see what the rest of America thinks. This afternoon (12:30pm EST to be exact) you can catch a live webcast release of a poll conducted to ascertain just what America thinks about nanotechnology. Yahoo published some of the results a bit early for those who can't wait or get streaming video at work (darn system admins).

But if the poll release doesn't do it for you, Bethany Maynard's investigative reporting about green nanotechnology just might be your cup of tea. In the video, Bethany and her brother Alex expertly interview Dr. Maynard (their father), chief science advisor for the Project on Emerging Nanotechnologies. If you are one of the 42% of people who don't know what nanotechnology is, then you may get a kick out of the kids trying to stain their dads nanotech tie. via ::Nanodot ::Yahoo
