Polls Go Prefab in UK

Not only were the results in the UK election prefabricated (third parties don't have a prayer in the first-past-the-post parliamentary system) but so were some of the polling booths! TreeHugger Bonnie sends us pictures of this polling station built out of a prefab office from a company called Speedy.

The company appears to have a range of prefab portables serving all kinds of functions. However the new Green Party member of parliament should insist that in all future elections they use the Envirocabin, which evidently uses 88% less energy than the standard unit, is made from recycled material and timber from managed forests, has insulation made from recycled car windshields and won a Green Apple Award for "both for demonstrating collaborative working to achieve an environmental goal and for the impressive performance of the cabin itself."
