Here is a look that should do well in America: Stockholm designer Katarina Hall designs "Save"- furniture inspired by abandoned houses and boarded up doors and windows.

She writes:

Save is furniture with inspiration sprung from abandoned and forgotten houses. With their barred and bolted doors and windows, they reveal nothing about the stories and treasures that lure inside.
