Clever 450 Sq. Feet Transformer Apartment Accomodates Father and Three Children in Brazil

Planeta Sustentavel/via

Brazilian architect and designer Paulo Alves turned a small 450 Sq. Feet apartment into a cozy home for him and his three children. He gives a tour of the place in a video published at Casa.

After taking down all the walls, he created intimacy in the bedroom with a library and a sleeping space for his children with a set of transformer sofas.

Because his kitchen counter was not big, he made it deeper, creating vertical instead of horizontal space, and the bathroom cabinet was inserted in the wall of the restroom.

Although the video is in Portuguese, the tricks are worth a look.
