the New York Times magazine included an advertising section with some very interesting green products, including these bowls that are actually made from fresh produce. Artist Margaret Dorfman builds the bowls slice by slice, pressing the veggies inot parchment and then shaping into the form of bright, undulating flowers. We hope they have a "please do not eat" warning.
