With the Wheel of Nutrition, Even Your Dinner Plate is a Nag

We have got to the point where restaurants have to post the nutritional content of the food that they serve, but really, is having your dinner plate tell you what to eat a step too far? Rui Pereira and Hafsteinn Juliusson have designed a dinner plate that "reminds us of the fundamentals of healthy eating."

The designers explain at the HAF website:

The plate comes in three types: Diet, Extra ordinary and Supersize. These
plates have different proportions for people with different needs. The archetype of the
ceramic plate is enhanced with explanatory graphics and distinctive colors.
