St. Peter's Organic Ale and Bitter

As any devoted beer drinker knows, there's an exacting science behind every tasty brew. St. Peter's of Scotland is no exception to the rule. Nor do they skimp on flavor or tenacity when it comes to their organic fare. St. Pete's Organic Best Bitter uses originally grown Chariot malted barley to make the mash, then adds in organically grown Hallertau hops for posterity. The result is a full-bodied organic best bitter with a refreshing after-taste. We also love the brewery's Organic Ale, which uses light malted barley from Scotland, with organic Target hops to create an absolutely delicious ale, full of character with a touch of bitterness and perfectly no aftertaste. Bottled in funky flask-shaped bottles that only add to the delight. Click here to find shops that carry St. Peter's in the U.S. £23.50/12 bottles ::St. Peter's Brewery [by MO]
