Inventor Kavita Shukla explains how Freshpaper works (Video)

When Melissa first wrote about Freshpaper last year I was skeptical; how could a simple mix of herbs and spices on a piece of paper make such a difference in food preservation? How could it possibly work?

But in fact it works rather well. Furthermore, Kavita Shukla, who patented it at age 17, just explains it wonderfully here at a press conference in Copenhagen. Flanking her in the video are the Lord Mayor of Copenhagen and Eben Upton, inventor of the Raspberry Pi.
