Help a Small Jam Producer Get a Commercial Kitchen

INNA Jam/Screen capture

INNA Jam is a small, artisan, organic jam producer in the Bay Area. They make unique, delicious jams, both common and uncommon, such as raspberry, spicy jalapeno, and pluot jam. And aside from all of this organic, local goodness, they even go a step further, delivering their jams via bicycle.

INNA Jam has started a Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for a commercial kitchen. The past few years, they've been borrowing time in other kitchens, but having a kitchen of their own will enable them to expand their business, not only allowing them to provide even more of their delicious jams to the community, but to bring more jobs to the area as well. And, because they know how hard it is for an artisan food company to start out, they've vowed to offer kitchen space to other small producers as well.

Their Kickstarter goal was to raise $25,000 for their kitchen. At this point, they are about $1,500 away from their goal. With only four days left, this is crunch time -- if they don't raise the full $25,000, then they don't get any of the money, and the Bay Area loses out on a great, organic, local food producer. You can help them out on Kickstarter.
