Bagnesia Offers Free Set of Reusable Produce Bags

As we are all aware, plastic bag waste is impacting our environment, including land and sea. No matter how many articles we've read, there is still the need to reinforce the cycle of taking our reusable bags from the house, to the car, into the store and back again. Bagnesia, a company that sells various types and sizes of reusable bags, has a solution to that problem. A kit designed to remind everyone of that revolving cycle. Longtime friends, Pam Eatrides and Caprice Ericson developed Bagnesia's Reminder Kit to keep from forgetting their own reusable bags (aka: "bag amnesia"). The kit comes with a compact reusable bag (which holds up to 40 lbs.) and simple reminders to grab it on the way out the door: a door hanger, a steering wheel strap, a wrist lanyard key chain, and a carabineer clip, all enclosed in a reusable pouch.
Most recently, Bagnesia added reusable produce bags to their collection. From now until October 31, 2009, TreeHugger readers will receive a free set of four produce bags for every kit purchased.
