Main Course: Tofu cutlets braised with wine and herbs with sides of butternut squash bisque, roasted Brussels sprouts and leeks, mashed heirloom potatoes with caramelized onions and corn muffins served with apple and hot pepper relish
Dessert: Apple compote and pumpkin puree mousse
