We've seen dumpster divers arrested and handcuffed, and another scavenger even swooped on by police helicopter. In Orlando, Florida it's not the dumpster divers they are worried about—it's the people feeding the homeless. The Palm Beach Post reports that 5 activists from Food Not Bombs were arrested as they dished out soup for the homeless population in a local park:

The members of the group Food Not Bombs were ladling out corn on the cob, rice, beans and watermelon to about 35 people when they were handcuffed. About two dozen activists and homeless people booed and chanted "Food is a right, not a privilege" as they were loaded into a waiting police van.
