Globus Cork Flooring

No trees were harmed in making this floor. Since cork is harvested only from the bark of cork oak trees every 9 years, it is a renewable resource. And Globus only uses water-based, solvent-free pigments, adhesives, and varnishes. Plus, its soft and sort of spongy (great for people on their feet all day or for those who have to wash lots of dishes), fire-resistant, reduces heat loss, mold- and bug-repellent, and reduces sound and vibration. $5.30-8.10/square foot. ::Globus The Tribeca Cinema Longe and an east village bar are two hot spots in NYC that were designed with Globus cork tiles.
