Best NGO Campaign: Global Water Challenge

Global climate change is certainly one of our most pressing environment problems, and one with some of the most far reaching and long lasting consequences. However, both today and increasingly in the future, access to clean water in sufficient quantities for human life is an overlooked and critically important issue. In that light, Global Water Challenge deserves some serious kudos for the work they are doing in supporting community-based programs which help bring life's most basic necessity to countless people in need.

Whether it's supporting the Manna Energy Foundation in bring water treatment systems to Rwanda, helping Madagascar, or with the Naandi Foundation in bringing community-based safe drinking water programs to rural India, Global Water Challenge's work really stands out. --MM
