Wouldn't it be great to just skip the whole harvesting part of gardening and have your produce simply grow in the fridge so it's ready exactly when you are? That's basically the idea behind this piece from Cho Woong.
Apartment Therapy loves it, but we admit growing your veggies in the fridge isn't exactly realistic. There's the whole light issue, and of course temperature. But we've seen some other extraordinary places for produce production. Remember the newspaper stand hacked into a great little mint box?

Or how about the Toronto telephone poles whose posters were turned into planters?

So what's the craziest place you've seen a garden growing?
