Another amazing creation to add to our love affair with wooden computers. DesignBoom shows off this awesome desk, the final project for designer Marlies Romberg of Utrecht School of Arts. It's a diary, actually, and the old fashioned feel to modern tech doesn't stop with just the keyboard...

...Though the keyboard is definitely something to stare at. But what's a great touch is the key that gets you into the diary.

It's a key...get it?! A slot in the front of the desk slides open, and inserting the key gives access to the diary. The wax seal gives it great old fashioned flair.

Now that is an heirloom item to give a teen!
